Pipe Support Engineers
Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Job Description:
Spectra Tech, Inc. is seeking junior, mid level and senior engineers to design pipe supports
for critical and non critical piping, electrical conduit, cable trays and HVAC ductwork for a
new nuclear processing facility. The full time positions will be for an initial assignment of
approximately 2 years in Oak Ridge, TN. U.S. citizenship is required. Experience with G.T.
Strudl or similar stress analysis software is a plus. Experience with commercial nuclear power
plants and NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B or similar quality systems are preferred. Minimum of B.S.
degree in engineering is preferred. No per diem or moving allowance will be provided.
Job Requirements:
Junior Engineer
• 0 to 5 years of experience
• Experience or training in generation of computer models for structural analysis or machine
design preferred
Engineer
• 5 to 15 years of experience
• Must have the ability to build and analyze computer generated models of pipe supports
• Familiarity with pipe support drafting and detailing is desired
Senior Engineer
• Fifteen years or more or experience
• Must have the ability to build, analyze, check and approve computer generated models of pipe
supports
• Working with an interdisciplinary team, must be able to take pipe support design from concept
through to detailed fabrication drawings
Industrial Hygienist

Job Description:
The Industrial Hygiene/Environmental Specialist provides technical direction
for Industrial Hygiene Safety and Environmental programs. Develops and maintains
Industrial Hygiene and Safety Programs that meet the requirements of 10 CFR 851.
Responsibilities:
• Develop hazard analyses and health and safety plans.
• Maintain current knowledge of OSHA and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations,
applicable DOE Orders and ACGIH standards.
• A variety of field sampling activities including air sampling, noise monitoring and VOC
contaminants using direct and indirect instrumentation.
• Development of sampling and analysis plans.
• Responsible for the recognition, evaluation, and control of hazardous workplace conditions
and environmental factors associated with the workplace that may cause impaired health or
significant discomfort among workers.
• Coordinates monitoring of workplace environments by analyzing work processes, materials,
and work habits of employees.
• Develops and maintains occupational safety and health programs as necessary to promote the
healthful work practices and the prevention of hazardous exposures.
• Reviews present and proposed industry occupational health standards and surveys new
installations. Audits occupational health and safety programs.
Job Requirements:
• BA/BS in Industrial Hygiene or equivalent plus experience
• 1+ year experience as an Industrial Hygienist. Opportunities at all levels

Construction Scheduler
Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Job Description:
Full time construction scheduler to augment an existing project team
as lead scheduler supporting multi-million dollar construction projects
at military institutions in Colorado stationed in Colorado Springs.
Candidates need a thorough understanding of critical path scheduling
techniques and construction principles, to develop and maintain project
and construction schedule. Specifically, create and modify construction
schedule and construction budgets. Prepare monthly reports, resolve
scheduling conflicts, and develop baseline target schedule.

Responsibilities:
• Perform Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) analysis utilizing Isographs Availability Work Bench software and Reliability Workbench.
• Build Reliability Block Diagrams and utilize of Weibull Analysis.
• Facilitate a group of subject matter experts in the performance of Reliability Centered Maintenance analysis.
• Perform Drawing and other supporting documentation reviews and prepare and submit comments to authors.
• Compile and manage RAM Database for utilization in the RAM Analyses.

Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Southeastern Region

Job Description::
Design and installation of medium and high voltage systems and equipment including substations and switchyards:
• The EE will assist with design and generate drawings, including wiring diagrams, for the scope of work.
• Following design, the EE will monitor construction of the work, provide construction management, and also provide QA/QC monitoring and inspections.
• The EE will also be responsible for performing field engineering to resolve installation problems including redline markups of the drawings to show the necessary changes to achieve the installation.
• Drawing interpretation and general engineering guidance will be provided to the installers. Work will be performed in approximately three locations in the southeast.
Changeover of control room to digital controls via PLC:
• The EE will assist in the development of control wiring diagrams and provide field engineering support with the installation. PLC programming experience is desired.

The primary duties of the Program Analyst will be to support the NBL
Program division by tracking work performance and progress of major
programs using selected software, produce project timelines, review
and update project schedules, assist with document flow, support the
processing of contracts and work orders, and support the Program Manager
and program coordinators.
Responsibilities
• Performs a variety of complex financial, technical, and support
services involving data review, project management, event planning,
project coordination, budget maintenance, and other related duties.
• Performs multiple and varying assignments under the limited direction
of the Program Manager.
• Evaluates and improves operational processes.
• Supports daily operational activities of assigned programs or projects.
