Mr. Goddard has thirty years of experience as a supervisory contract specialist and contracting officer with unlimited warrant for worldwide government acquisitions. During his tenure with the federal government, he was Certified Level III (senior) government qualified in acquisition. Prior to his federal government occupation, Mr. Goddard worked several years in private industry as a departmental and project manager for Sperry Rand. He possesses successful project management expertise with the ability to direct projects from bid to completion. Throughout his career, Mr. Goddard has amassed skills and extensive experience in business development for commercial and governmental sectors.
