Director, Nuclear and Environmental
Mr. Hale has an M.S. in Industrial Engineering and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with nearly 25 years of industry experience, most of which have been related to working on projects supported by the Department of Energy (DOE). His focus areas include project management (including project controls), emergency management, nuclear operations, and safety analysis. He has served as a Project Manager, Operational Readiness Review Chairman, Lead Scheduler, Technical Basis Lead from Emergency Management, and on Emergency Response Organizations. Mr. Hale serves as the Spectra Tech point of contact for Nuclear and Environmental activities in the Oak Ridge area.
