Senior Program Manager
Mr. Warren has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in two states with more than 35 years experience in all phases of engineering on utility, industrial, chemical plants and government facilities. He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a Certified Green Building Engineer, and Licensed General Mechanical Contractor in Tennessee. He has managed engineering teams of more than 50 personnel. Mr. Warren has performed HVAC, hydraulic, and piping stress analysis. Mr. Warren has performed numerous modifications and also performed start-up and commissioning activities for various facilities ranging from office buildings to nuclear power plants. He has eight years of field experience including directing construction and startup testing personnel.
He is a member of the Member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).
